Italian Heritage
With deep Italian roots and a life steeped in the art of tailoring, my journey began in the heart of Italian tradition. Growing up amid the elegance, quality craftsmanship, and timeless style of Italian culture, family gatherings in the Sardinian countryside inspired an early appreciation for artistry and pride—values deeply woven into the fabric of Italian fashion.
The Influence of Italian Tailoring
Italian tailoring shaped my understanding of style through every detail, from the sharp cuts of suits to the meticulous craftsmanship of each garment. In Italy, fashion goes beyond appearance; it’s a statement of character and heritage. This understanding fostered a commitment to creating garments that capture both sophistication and individuality.
Journey into Tailoring
This commitment led me to The Hague, where I began an apprenticeship with a 70-year-old master tailor who carried the legacy of Italian craftsmanship. Under his guidance, I learned to fuse traditional techniques with contemporary tailoring. His mentorship taught me to honor the details of fabric, fit, and function, all anchored in Italy’s timeless design philosophy.
Mastering the Craft
Through dedicated training, I refined my skills, from hand-stitching delicate fabrics to shaping garments that feel uniquely crafted for the wearer. My mentor’s respect for the craft echoed the passion I had carried from my Italian roots, instilling a deep reverence for the art of tailoring.

With this foundation, I established Sartoria A.E.P to embody Italian heritage in every piece.
